Meanwhile, properties needing significant improvements are seeing longer days on market. This trend is part of a broader pattern across Palm Beach County, where rising inventory and slightly longer selling times have become the norm. Despite this, buyer traffic in Jonathan’s Landing remains strong, our web inquiries and showing requests are up year-over-year, signaling that demand for the Jonathan’s Landing lifestyle is as robust as ever.
